Today I was called to a property in Maldon that had a problem closing and locking a composite door.

I have to say it’s one of the worse cases of bad door alignment I have seen. Crazy to think that this was on a new property.

The door had dropped, which was causing the door to hit the frame and leave a massive gap at the top. This was due to a bad installation and poor alignment on the hinges.

I managed to realign the door which resulted in the door closing and locking properly, giving the customer the use of their door back.
